ABOUT US
We are a small distillery with a lot of heart. Our goals are to make fine spirits that not only taste good but transport you away from the mundane. We will make small batches of liquor in a solid copper American made still using traditional methods. We are taking back woods to a new extreme with our distillery being built nearly 25 miles from the nearest town.
With water sourced from our own mountain well; and grains and fruit from the beautiful and historic Okanagan Valley we will make pure clean spirits. We will take advantage of our local produce and seasons to make seasonal products out of the best of the harvest so you will never lack variety.
We are expected to start construction in the spring of 2019 and we hope to be open to the public in 2020. So we hope to see you there if you have the chance to make it to our little bit of country paradise.
